Please find details below with some important information and reminders. 

If you have any important questions, urgent matters or cancellations, please email me or call our office at 303-273-9527 until Thursday. We will do our best to get back to you, but please know that we may not be able to respond.

Conference and Award Schedule & Activities:

The conference keynote and sessions will all be located in the North Classroom Building. The Awards Lunch will be located in the Tivoli Center.

  • Friday, March 15: 8:00am-7:30pm - North Building Atrium & Classrooms: Registration, Keynote, Lunch, Exhibitors, Sessions, Happy Hour and TrivEEia.

  • Saturday, March 16: 8:00am-5:30pm - North Building Atrium & Classrooms: Registration, Annual Member Meeting, Exhibitors, Sessions, Workshops

  • Saturday, March 16: 12:30-2:45pm - Tivoli Student Center (Turnhalle Ballroom): Awards Celebration, Lunch, Featured Speakers

Things to Bring:

  • If you have not paid yet, please bring a check made out to CAEE (with your name in the memo and what it covers) and pay when you check in at the registration table.  We can accept credit cards and cash as well, but checks are preferred.

  • CSM Continuing Education Credit Payment: If you are attending for CSM credit, please have a check made out to CSM and bring it when you check in at the registration table. More information on CSM continuing education can be found at:

  • Spring cleaning time? Start thinking of materials to bring for the conference swap table. Your forgotten items may be a treasure for someone else! Any leftover items should be picked up prior to the end of the conference or will be donated.

  • We encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle and mug. 

  • Clothing: Some sessions may take you outside- be sure to wear appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes. 

  • Specific Conference Information:

    • Social Media: Get your witty posts and hashtags ready!  We encourage you to post on CAEE's facebook and twitter pages about the conference- the person with the most social media posts will be eligible for a prize. Use #advanceEE when posting.

    • Wireless: Free wireless is available - look for the Auraria Guest network to connect.

    • Network & Win Prizes! Instructions and the activity sheet will be at the registration area and various conference areas.

    • Lunchtime Activities: During lunch visit with exhibitors and join a lunchtime discussion.  Lunch will be provided. 

    • Saturday Afternoon Workshops: We are hosting a few two hour workshops on Saturday afternoon. Learn more about them here

    • Awards Ceremony: The awards ceremony will be from 12-2pm on Saturday. Lunch will be served and all are invited! If you have registered for both days of the conference, or Saturday only the awards ceremony and lunch is included in your registration.  Learn about the recipients here
