Collective Outcomes Evaluation Workshop Series
Are you interested in building your organization's evaluation capacity?
Join us in the upcoming Collective Outcomes Evaluation Workshop Series presented by Blue Lotus Consulting & Evaluation beginning May 16th, in Denver, CO.
The workshop series will build participants' skills in evaluation, from planning to communicating the results. While each participant will have their own individual context and programming, this workshop series is part of the Collective Outcomes Colorado Project supported by the Pisces Foundation (click here for additional information). As such, emphasis will be placed on the five previously identified areas of impact: Conservation, Education, Health + Well-being, Social Justice, and Positive Child + Youth Development.
Four previously selected organizations will be participating in the workshop and contributing their data to a collective evaluation pilot. In addition to building skills in evaluation practices, participants will have access to national and peer-reviewed evaluation tools.
Organizations who register for the workshop will NOT be required to contribute any data to the collective evaluation, but will have the opportunity to benefit from shared learning.
Workshop registration includes the entire series. We HIGHLY recommend that you attend all four workshops. The series can not be divided into individual workshops.

Workshop III: Data Analysis Workshop, December 2019 (Date TBD)
This workshop will bring participants together to build skills in analysis and understanding data. Participants will work collaboratively to analyze data collected. (PLEASE NOTE: The significant time gap between workshop two and three allows for tool implementation and data collection for your target program.)
Workshop IV: Communicating Results Workshop, Spring 2020
This final workshop will bring participants together to discuss the various methods for sharing and communicating evaluation findings.
Registration is valued at $1,000/person. With the support of the Pisces Foundation, we are able to offset the costs and offer the workshop series for $500.
