at the Advancing Environmental Education Conference?

Colorado School of Mines Re-certification Credit:

PLEASE NOTE- THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE:

You may earn up to 1 credit hour of continuing education credit through Colorado School of Mines (CSM) for participating in 15 contact hours or earn a 1/2 credit hour for participating in 7.5 contact hours during the conference. 

In order to fulfill the your credit hours, you will need to attend all session slots, including the Saturday afternoon 2 hour workshop from 2-4pm and the following one hour closing session from 4-5pm on Saturday. You also need to attend all other conference events such as the morning opening panel/keynote, lunchtime discussions, end of day connections sessions, and visit with exhibitor/posters.

There is an additional fee for credit (see below), please bring a check made out to CSM to the conference and pay at the registration table.

Certificate of Participation and National Association of Interpretation Credit: 

  A certificate of participation is available upon request for attendees that would like to apply their participation towards NAI re-certification or other professional development documentation. Email info@caee.org to request.

 


 

Additional Instructions

All credit forms must be filled out and returned to CAEE at the conference, with the exception of the 3-4 paragraphs below to receive a grade of A.  

½ credit = $45
  • For a Grade of B:  Attend and document* 7.5 hours of sessions or other eligible conference activities (Hours/times must match published times in the booklet). Social events and meals do not count unless there is an educational component to attend.  All attendees who submitted credit documentation form will receive a greade of B.
  • For a Grade of A: All of the above plus send 3-4 paragraphs describing how you will be implementing what you learned at the conference into your education efforts. Be specific: number of learners, age of learners, unit or standards targeted, probable date of implementation, any other comments or thoughts.  
1 credit = $60  
  • For a Grade of B:  Attend and document* 15 hours of sessions or other eligible conference activities (Hours/times must match published times in the booklet).
